OKC LATINO ACCELERATOR
This 8-week program, run in partnership with The Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City, provides a learning platform for the next generation of Latino-owned businesses in Oklahoma City to develop a path to grow their business to $1Million in revenue. The program launched in 2023 with a Spring and a Fall Cohort, and will continue in 2024 for an additional two cohorts. Each company that goes through program is assisted in receiving a $15,000 non-dilutive grant, made available through ARPA funding.
CHEROKEE WOMEN ACCELERATOR
This 8-week program, ran in partnership with the Cherokee Nation and the University of Tulsa, took place in the Fall of 2023. It provided a learning platform to five women- and Cherokee-owned companies in order to refine and scale their approach to build scalable business models and compound revenue. Additionally, each company was provided with a $10,000 non-dilutive grant.
INCLUSIVE BEAUTY ACCELERATOR
This 6-week program, ran in collaboration with BASF, took place in the Spring of both 2022 and 2023. Each cohort provided a learning platform for six minority-owned companies, the next generation of leaders and scientists in the Beauty and Personal Care industry, who are committed to creating innovative and inclusive products. Additionally, each company was provided with a $10,000 non-dilutive grant.
INDIGENOUS BEAUTY CANADA
This 3 Day Virtual event, ran in collaboration with BASF Canada, took place in the Fall of 2023. Indigenous Beauty Founders from across Canada had the opportunity to learn with and from other Beauty Founders and Personal Care Experts on the landscape of beauty and resources available to entrepreneurs in the space. While the program was made available to anyone who registered, BASF Canada and their partners selected founders from 6 companies to participate in an in-person Pitch Competition in Toronto. Three of these companies received a $13,000 CAD non-dilutive grant.
