WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR
The VESTING Women Program is designed to help women in Northwest Arkansas navigate career transitions, pursue new opportunities, and build greater economic stability. This program may be for you if you've experienced:

A layoff or job displacement and are figuring out what’s next.

A career break for caregiving or another life transition.

A transition from entrepreneurship back into the workforce.
-
Limited opportunities for advancement or higher pay.
-
Underemployment or inadequate pay.
-
Entrepreneurship without enough income or stability.
Applicants must reside in Northwest Arkansas to be eligible.
